There are key requirements for incident reporting in early childhood services (including kindergartens, long day care and child care services) according to Victorian OH&S laws.

An incident commonly refers to an unplanned or unexpected event (or combination of events) that resulted in, some form of injury to people and/or damage to equipment, products and materials. There are key requirements for incident reporting according to Victorian OHS laws.
